Question
Hi, Our company has a potential to partner with a corporation in the Philippines.  My question is, under Philippine Law, do we have to open up a corporation in the Philippines in order to do business with another Philippine corporation?  Our business will only be remitting payments to that particular company.  Our profit is coming from U.S. customers.

Thanks H. Nibo

Answer
Dear H.Nibo,

Thanks for your question. When you say "potential to patner", what exactly do you mean? Is it a JV, a contractual arrangement, a buy in on stock? - Please give me some idea so that I may answer your question accurately. If the information is confidential, then e.mail me at gregorypaulbarnes@yahoo.com
