Last year mt wife and I decided to buy a Boracay property every year and focus on real estate and deveopment so bought two properties, one 2922sqm on Boracay Hill Top with View of Sea and one 1200 sqm lot on elevated Hill in Tabon, Caticlan with panoramic view of the sea and Boracay. Thanks to such expensively priced properties for sale on Boracay Island we have sold 3 of our 8 lots at only P6000/sqm. My Filipina wife, Lorna bought her first beach front property in Diniwid, Boracay in 1979 and all the land we have bought since then as always been with only 3 proofs of ownership, Tax Declaration, Absolute Deed of Sale and Certified Sketch Plan, NEVER having a Title. What people both buyers and sellers don't mention is that 90% of all the land in the Philippines is NOT Titled as ONLY the wealthier ELITE Filipinos have titled their lands

As of August 2012 we have sold all 15 lots and one house and lot. Presently we have 2 hill top lots for sale and one four floor house / building and lot for sale.

After welcoming thousands of guests from 93 nations our place has grown to 38 bedrooms in 5 townhouse units, 4 of which are attached but will never lose its "Home away from Home" atmosphere. Almost everyday at The Townhouse Hotel there's a party-like social scene with vibrant, almost magical energetic conversations between our guests who have the pleasure to meet each other and share their life's many experiences.Often three groups with conversations in different languages are going on at the same time. So we've been exposed to every kind of person from all over the world and shared their experiences. Since arriving back in the Philippines Nov 2011 from traveling for 8 months my wife and I have been busy buying land, building houses and expanding our Boracay beach front resort, Casa Camilla for 16 months.
