Phobias - Fear of Dying

Question
I can't go to the eye doctor, dentist,etc. because of this fear.
It has ruined my life. All I seem to think about is this fear.
I take lorazepam but it only helps with me nerves and I take zoloff which doesn't help with my fear. Please help me.
I'm a diabetic, 72 years old and overweight. I desperately need some advice.

Carol, Fear and anxiety, when not chemically driven, are generally the result of unresolved traumas from the past.
If we were doing a session together, I would be looking for childhood traumas, abuse and accidents that originally triggered this fear response.
The drugs are only band-aids to mask the real cause of your fears and will not heal you, only keep the issues somewhat at arm's length.
I suggest that you investigate the information at the EFT site: www.emofree.com
Download the free EFT manual file, search for some local practitioners (or you can do the sessions on the phone!) and let's get you back off of drugs and back into your body/spirit once again.
