Phobias/Alcohol and food


Hi, i am a heavy drinker on average about 12 cans a day, my question is although i wake up hungry and the alcohol makes me feel hungry, why do i have a fear of eating? i wont eat all day, and will force myself to eat just before i go to bed? any advice?

I have a degree in Psychology from the Sydney University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.
