hello doctor i am 36.i have a high anxiety of did my front teeth protruding and i am going to ugly face.it continued for  three years.now i am okay but now i worried that  due to my continuous thinking  did the tooth protrude in the future.pls answer me.

Answer
Hi enjith g,
The major factor causing anxiety is hypoglycemia (http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/2011/what-is-hypoglycemia/)

This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet (http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/2011/the-hypoglycemic-diet/)

This illness can cause you to produce excess stress hormones which are then responsible for creating a negative self-image.

You need to treat the physical aspects of the illness first before you tackle the psychological aspects.

I suggest you discuss this advice with a nutritional doctor.
