Subject: Quick Question
Question Hello,
As you know I am a beginning Photographer, and I have a couple questions.
I just purchased a "Canon EOS 40D-Digital SLR" The first question is I have is an option called the "Color Space" option that apparently must be set in only one of two ways: sRGB or Adobe RGB. It doesn't really explain what these mean and one must be set?
Second Question: on my shuter speed indicator on my camera it doesn't have for example 1/125 in fractions just whole numbers. It has 125, would that be the same thing? Also, it shows exposure settings as numbers such as-1250-1600, but even more confusing is-2" and 1"6, 1"3,etc. I would also like to set the exposure for one to 5 minutes...How would I do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated-Skyler
Answer sRGB is pretty much the standard so stick with that. No, fractions are no longer used. So 125 would be the same as 1/125 1250 would be 1/1250 sec. The other numbers are 2" or 1"6 are two seconds and one point six seconds respectively.
That should do it..
Any more questions just ask.
Mark
