Question
QUESTION: i want to learn how to view film before taking it to get developed, without loosing the pictures. i was hoping someone could help me.

ANSWER: Impossible. The whole idea behind development of the film is to make it viewable...
You need a digital camera to be able to avoid development.

QUESTION: okay, so is there a way to process the negatives without actually developing the pictures?

Answer
One doesn't develop the pictures. The fils is getting developed in order for pictures appear on it. Once it is done one can print pictures form the developed film.

Development of the film is the step that can't be skipped.

Hope it is clear.
