AboutMikael Barnard Expertise Please note due to a large volume of questions to which I either cannot or do not wish to answer please be advised I will only answer questions pertaining to alternative photographic processes, questions in other areas of photography will be rejected. However, if it's information on alternative photographic processes you're after...!
Experience I have both a GCSE and an A-level in photography and much experience with event photography, I now persue photography as a hobby.
Education/Credentials GCSE photography-B, A.S. Level-C, A-Level-D - nothing wrong with my work, seems the exam board are pretty narrow minded when it comes to alternative photographic processes :-(
I am an amateur photographer, my husband is even better than myself. We have taken several photos that I would love to enlarge and have printed on professional paper. What do you suggest?
Answer If you are in the UK I suggest you find your nearest branch of Jessops. They do a very good job and do reprints up to 18"x12". I believe they also do larger prints on special order but I can't be sure about that. If you are not in the UK I suggest you look for a local photographic shop- I suggest you avoid shops which do photographs as just one part of their operations and look for a dedicated photographic shop. I hope this helps a little, if I can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask. Hope you get the prints you want. Best wishes.
