Is there a trick to removing the lens on a Kowa Six?

Robert,

Hello. Thanks for the question.
The shutter must be cocked.
Hold down the lens release lever. It is on the right side of the camera if the lens is facing you.
Turn the collar around the lens. (closest to the body)
