Question
QUESTION: I've been using 35mm fujifilm 200 color film and have it processed at the local walgreens. I'm sure there is a better place to have it developed. are there companies that you can send film in to get good prints and enlargements? also, I'm probably not using the best film either. can you recommend a photo processing company and a brand of film? I also have access to a darkroom at school and I know how to develop black and white stuff (I can do color if I buy my own chemicals ) so that's also an option

ANSWER: Hi Danial
Ok-- Fuji film is very good stick with it.As to processing not sure what country you are in ?
so cant recommend processor ! but frankly i would not try processing your own it can be done but i would recommend concentrating on the photographic side much more fun.

So you need another option have you tryed looking through photo magazines in your country back pages usually have a selection of processors etc
If you are not satisfied with your currant results perhaps its in your technic ---exposure --shake--- filters that are not quite right?
can you describe some of the problems , or send a sample .

I have worked in most aspects of still photography, using film and the wet process for 50 years. Employing all film formats 35mm to 8x10 sizes, I went over partly to digital cameras in 02, also PC editing of pictures. I still find film work more demanding , as you have to get it right at the start with no auto settings on the camera to cover my mistakes. Pictorial work is my personal interest. Its is not a good idea for me to suggest a particular make of equipment just a type, and its uses.
