About Martin Seymour
Expertise
I have worked in most aspects of still photography, using film and the wet process for 50 years. Employing all film formats 35mm to 8x10 sizes, I went over partly to digital cameras in 02, also PC editing of pictures. I still find film work more demanding , as you have to get it right at the start with no auto settings on the camera to cover my mistakes. Pictorial work is my personal interest. Its is not a good idea for me to suggest a particular make of equipment just a type, and its uses.

Question
Hi Martin,
I have a Sony DSC-P9 digital camera(4.0 meg) and was thinking of upgrading to a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-N2(10.1 meg)Do you think this is a good upgrade? Do you know anything about the DSC-N2?
  Thank You

Answer
Hi ?
Well ask yourself do i need the extra resolution in the new camera and will i notice the differance ?
Not familure with this camera but does it do any thing more than the old model, are there any other advantages in the new model ?
Also next month there might be a model with 20m pixals . were does it all stop.
Martin
