Question I like to start taking blk /wht photographs in landscaping and portraits. Which is the best camera to do so?

Answer You may want to consider bypassing film cameras altogether and purchasing a digital SLR along with a good quality photo ink jet printer.
But, if you're itching for the real wet darkroom experience then I think you'll find that there are bargains aplenty out there for a nice, used SLR. I'd stick with a late model Nikon or Canon. Buying used will enable you to spend some money to get some lenses.
You also may want to consider a medium format camera. The negatives are bigger than 35mm and make much nicer prints with a minimum of grain. There are many out there to choose from. Hasselblad seems to be the gold standard, but Mamiya made some nice cameras in the 6x9 format. Again used will save you some money to put towards some interchangeable lenses.
