Question im taking pictures in out door light with a white sheet back round and i wanted to know how to create a "a white out" with the back round so i dont see any wrinkles in the sheet.
what do i have to do with lighting or how i postion my subject.
i do have a flash if that helps
and im using 200sp slide flim i was wondering if this is a good speed for what im doing or if i should try to find 400sp slide flim
thanks alex
Answer Alex,
The easiest way to do this is to place your subjects about 8 feet in front of the white background. That way any flaws or wrinkles in it will not be seen. It doesn't matter whether you use 200 or 400 film, and fill-flash is always a good idea.
If the background is very white as opposed to beige, you may have to overexpose by about one stop.
