I have shot stock photography for dozens of years and in 1977 created West Stock (Seattle, WA) which was one of the first to produce stock photo CDs and later one of the first to establish an online stock photo slaes site.

Can you recommend some photo editing software that will let me resize a photo without distortion and then crop it in the shape of a circle?
Also, any suggestions you have on this process would be much appreciated.

Corel Paint Shop Pro XI and Adobre Photoshop Elements 5.0 are both standard editing programs that will resize and allow you to crop etc. Each costs about $100 but I believe you can download a version of Paint Shop Pro from the Corel website (www.corel.com???) on a trial basis and then buy it if you like the way it works.
