Physical Rehabilitation Medicine/Bennett fracture therapy

I have an ucl thumb injury from boxing. What post surgery exercises should I do?

Dear Henry
I don't know how was the initial management went on. Probably it may have been strapped for some time. I don't know whether you have gone for a surgery. or if it stiffed.
If there is stiffness
We have to start gentle passive mobilization. Once you are able to initiate the joint movement you can do active mobilization. with in short period you may be able to move the jointd to full range of movement. Please meet a physio.
Thank you
