Physical Rehabilitation Medicine/retrolisthesis

I was wondering if you could provide me with some guidance.  I have a retrolisthesis, grade 1 and I was wondering if you could advise me on what could potentially help me.  I am open to any suggestions (exercise, posture, chiropractic, nutrition) as well as books that could be relevant to this condition.

Thank you so much.

Dear John
This is a backward slip of the vertebra. Yes you have mentioned that you have grade 1. But as this is a critical condition it must be carefully designed an exercises program. It is very difficult to say anything without assessing you. Please meet a physio.
Thank you
