Good morning,

How can a year of time be both Sidreal and Lunar ?

Which one is exactly a 360 degree orbit ?

Time could be in any units.  It's convenient to use sideral time, the time for the Earth to make one revolution of 360 degrees - 365 days, 6 hours, 9 minutes, and 9.54 seconds.  The moon circles the Earth about every 29 days.  If you want to learn more go to
