Obviously we would use what is called "quantum foam." Which is a series of "blackholes" or "wormholes." We would NOT worry about paradoxes for they don't exist in "timetravel." For timetravel isn't true because there is no such thing as physical "time." Time never changes just humans and generations. "Time" is a series of numbers man created to make it to meetings and work and things of that nature. And simply to record data. But what quantum foam does is takes us to a different universe that is EXACTLY like our universe in the time that you want. So say it's the sixteenth century that you want to go to, traveling through quantum foam would take you to a universe that is EXACTLY like our universe in the sixteenth century. The problem with this is protecting humans from "transcription errors." Which basically hurt you... Now thinking about this, we would have to believe in the "multiverse" theory, which is basically multiple universes. These multiple universes are connected by quantum foam. So really, there is no such thing as a "paradox." So now that you know about the multiverse the problem is finding a device that can actually make it into a quantum foam particle which is essentially smaller than a proton... much much much smaller. So finding something small enough to go into it, we will be able to "time travel." Which we should really just call universe jumping.. But another problem encountered is that if we were to do this, we would enter that universe and be a different person... we look the same, and act the same, everything is the same. We remember the same. But it is "us" from that universe so technically it isn't us from THIS universe. Very difficult to explain but just google stuff and you'll find quite a bit. Or read the book "timeline." It IS science fiction but all of the things he talks about with quantum foam, and everything he talks about with "time travel" is actual information that was researched, and that is why i know a bit about it for being only fifteen.
