Question Hello Ralph. I own a Kimball Upright Grand Piano. The wood is in good condition. 3 or 4 of the keys aren't and it hasn't been tuned in years. I am interested in donating to a good home/organization that could put to good use. Do you have any suggestions on how to find such a home? I live in Milwaukee, WI. Thank you very much.
Answer Hi Paul:
Every piano technician has a church or a school looking for a serviceable piano.
go to http://www.ptg.org and find a local tech and pose this offer to them.
I'll bet it's gone in a heartbeat...IF...it's in serviceable condition.
Also, post the offering in local music studios and schools...with a picture.
Good luck.
