Question
Please can you tell me the year my organ was made.  The serial number is 27613.  I hope these are the right numbers. I have inherited this organ from a cousin, her grandfather got it as a child.  I think it is called a reed organ,  I always knew them as pump organs because of having to pump with your feet to make it work.
Looking forward to your answer.
Thank you

Answer
Answer:   Hello Rose!  The best source for locating your answer would be to contact one of the Reed Organ Societies.  They have been collecting information on the hundreds of reed organ manufacturers for many years.  Hopefully they will be able to assist you:  http://eccs.onu.edu/~estell/organs/ros.html
