Piano, Organ, and Keyboard/Grinnell Festival Piano Sticker in Steinway

I have a question in regards to a piano that I purchased in Michigan in a thrift store.  It is a Steinway and Sons with a serial # of 389028.  I believe that makes it a 1964 and a model 1098.  My question is that inside the lid there is a gold leaf sticker that says, "Grinnell Festival Piano".  I was just curious what that means?  It would just help understand part of its history!
Thank you!

Whatever it says it means nothing.

The 1098 Steinway is the least of their efforts.

The sticker is no more than a sails gimmick.

The history of the 1098 is the the height of mediocrity at best and the 60's represents Steinway & Sons worst period in their manufacturing history.
