I am currently restoring a 1908 Ellington. Theron is correct. I can however report the excellent condition in which I found my piano. That condition had an excellent soundboard and bridge. The strings will need replacing to all brass on the low-end.

The Action requires total overall, 36 bridle straps were deteriorated and thats due to the piano's excellent candidacy for restoration. I expect $2000 overhaul with refinishing the ornate Victorian walnut cabinet.

In any case, its a deep project.
