Question QUESTION: Harvey a friend of mine is going to his first home game sunday and i was wandering if you could tell me where the steelers players enterance is at heinz field and when is a good time to catch a glipse of them before and after a 1pm game? Thanks so much.

I believe the players come out under section 144 by the scoreboard. However, you may not be able to gain access into that section unless your ticket is in that section. The players normally are on the field anywhere from one to one-half hour before the game stretching and such, but you can only watch. They rarely approach the stands.

I've been to a few games at Heinz Field, but unlike my days at Three Rivers Stadium, I'm not exactly sure where the players enter Heinz Field. My suggestion would be to get there 2-3 hours before the game and drive around the stadium and I believe you'll be able to identify where the players entrance is. Again, security will probably be tight but you may be able to get close enough to catch a glimpse.
