Plant Diseases - lemon tree disease

Expert: kathy crowley - 10/23/2009

Question
I have a 10 year old dwarf Meyers Lemon.  It's has been a super successful producer in this So Cal Coastal environment.  It has a white furry like disease on the underside of the leaf.  I hosed it off but it has come back.  It creates wholes in the leaves.  Is there something systemic I can do when deep watering?

Answer
Hi Carol,  I would not use a systemic, as they are usually poison.  However, I suggest Atomic Grow, that will bring you plant back to health, organically.  When a plant is healthy bugs go elsewhere.  It absorbs into the leaves, cleans it, then starts healing.  The sugar or bricks levels in the plant is raised which will help give you a larger crop and better tasting, more flavor.  It is a wonder product, check it out.  kathy
