Question
My tree is about 8 yrs. old and planted in a 32" by 32" plastic moveable plastic container.  It has developed a outer stalely problem on the trunk and branches.  Is not on any of the new growth, only on the established wood. Many of the pruned spots have a grass like growth on them.  What can I do to help my tree.  It bore over 80 lemons last year.

Answer
Hi Patrick:

Can you send me a photo showing the problem that you are concerned about? This may aid me in my comments. Be sure that your photo is in focus before sending.

How does the rest of the plant appear? When did you notice the problem?

Thanks

Steve
