Question is there a surgical procedure that can remove the embarrassing and mentally disturbing c-section scar? i have tried silicon strip pad, vitamin E and multiple over the counter scar removal treatments. this scar is a major self confidence and self esteem destroyer. please help...

Well, yes and no.
There is, actually, no way that a scar can be removed completely, but it may be possible to trade it for one that is much less noticeable.
That procedure, referred to as a Scar Revision, involves removing the existing scar and putting the edges back together in a manner that, presumably and hopefully, will result in a much more attractive scar or, depending on how you want to look at it, a much less objectionable scar.
You should visit a plastic surgeon to get an idea of what the choices are for you, but that's the general idea.
