Plastic Surgery/breast reduction issue

I hope this young lady got she emergency help that she clearly needed. "Hold tight and be patient" seems completely unacceptable. From what I have read pus, loss of skin, and foul odor are all signs that the patient requires immediate attention. The "answer" to this question and photo is frighteningly mild. I hope she is okay and did not loose that left breast.
