I'm very interested in having a lipo.I'm getting a second hiautus hernia reparation surgery. I'd like to know if there's any possiblity to have both surgeries done in one day.

I'm sure there's a possibility - but it might not be the best idea.
The fact that you're having a second hiatal hernia repair already indicates, most likely, a higher-than-average likelihood of, at least, a difficult recovery. You will need to get up, move around, take deep breaths, etc.
Unless you're talking about a very small lipo, then the lipo itself will be a little difficult to recover from. You will be sore in multiple areas, may have some drainage, will need to get up and move around but will be impaired in that regard, etc. You also may need to be lying down for several extra hours for the procedure, which may not be the best thing for the hernia itself.
Putting the two together will make the recovery that much more difficult. And that's assuming that you have no other medical problems, that you're not too overweight (nothing personal - just trying to consider everything!), etc.
So - my advice would be to take care of the hiatal hernia, make sure the repair works this time and that you have a good and successful recovery, and then address the lipo issue.
