Question i had my breast reduction surgery in april of 2008, going from a 34/36DD to a 34/36C. i've lost about 20lbs since my surgery and plan to lose more, and i'm wondering if it's possible for my breast size to drop to around a B cup. I'm actually hoping they will, as i want to stay proportionate.

Hi Veronica,
It's hard to say for sure but, most likely, you will lose some breast volume as you lose weight. That's because breasts consist of both actual breast tissue and fat. As you lose weight, the fat component shrinks down, although the breast tissue does not (or, at least it does so to a much lesser degree).
So - most likely, you will lose some breast volume. Whether or not it will be enough to give you the size you want is harder to say.
