Question hello,
i was Acup before augmentation. i got 400cc hight profile gel implants for 5weeks. and than removed them.
am now 6weeks post OP. my breast tissue is like roulling all around the pocket. this does not change at all since the first explant week. is there anything can be done?
my breast is not firm and shape is not like before too.
5 weeks could do so much damage to my breasts??????????

Sorry about that, but, in fact, leaving 400 cc implants in place for 5 weeks can effect a certain amount of permanent change to the body. It also depends on what else was done; was a lift performed, were muscles divided, were ligaments divided, etc.
That being said, it may take several months - up to six or more - to see the final results of your skin and tissues contracting down to what they will ultimately be. So you can sit tight for at least another 6 weeks, and probably wait the full six months, before you make a decision on what to do.
And if you're not happy with that result, you may want to consider having smaller implants inserted (like 275's, or something like that). It's a lot to have 400 cc implants inserted and then removed. If that was too big a size, maybe a smaller size would take care of several problems at the same time (ie, correct the effects of the 400 cc implants, but still give you some of the fullness you evidently wanted?).
At any rate, this is something you should talk to your plastic surgeon about, just to know what your options are.
