Question Hello - i have decided to have a breast uplift - but want to loose some weight first. I was thinking about maybe the winter. Could you tell me where you think the best country is to have this done (i live in spain) and is there a medical board or agency that i should use.

I don't know that there is a specific country that I would recommend. What you need is a good plastic surgeon, and there are many all over the world.
The primary aesthetic plastic surgery organization in the United States is called ASAPS (website is at www.surgery.org). You may want to start with them and contact a few of the international members near you to see if using them makes sense for you, if you're comfortable with that, etc.
If not there are, of course, many excellent plastic surgeons in the United States. Whether or not it makes sense for you to cross the Atlantic Ocean for that is something you may want to consider; but you could certainly start with any of the many excellent plastic surgeons who are closer to you.
