One thing that worked for me on the handle webbing was to extend the time on my clamp pause to 0.03

Hi I have 15years experience with plastic blow moulders.

The holes you are talking about are caused from the blow pin not being centred correctly, if you have a hole on the right side then move the blow pin to the left and if on the left side move to the right. After you have down this dry cycle manually with the blow pins in the down position so you can see were its hitting the neck ring you may need to move it back or forward as well if it needs more alignment this will save you changing unnessorsery neck rings and blow pins if you  do  get this wrong.

Webbing in your handle straighten your parison if this donít work change the pre-blow setting witch way is trail and error to much pre blow you will lose the handle. Hope you can find something of use.
