I can answer most questions in the field of plumbing home repair for the inside or outside property of a home including irrigation systems, septic systems, well water systems, recirculation systems and I can address these questions from a beginning plumbing standpoint or for someone who has more advanced skills.
Are you working on an addition or remodelling? Need some bathroom or kitchen
design ideas?
Run your questions by me since I enjoy that challenge of remodelling & new
construction projects.
Experience I have worked on a variety of major projects including Home Depot as an outsourced Project Manager tasked to repair the fire system at the Fullerton/Placentia store and distribution center in Orange County.
I believe in simplifying any task I am assigned in order to avoid wasting time and material, while I always look for the simplest solution possible to the issue and then I execute my plan.
Having lead many construction crews, large and small, I have been involved in residential and commercial repair and remodel projects including medical facilities, new home construction, high rises and apartment complexes.
Building maintenance work in condominium complexes from Playa del Rey to Beverly Hills to the Hollywood Hills are a speciality. I have completed many maintenance work projects at complexes great and small.

My lips are sealed, however, I have personally worked for a well-known "kitten" actress, close friends of a certain comedic "Redhead" actress/producer, one of the lead actresses from "Gone With The Wind" and a former Governor of the State of California!
Past/Present Clients My lips are sealed, it wouldn't be professional to name names!
Question My washer and dryer are in the garage and I want to build a utility room off of the kitchen and put them there. My kitchen sink is located on the outside wall of the kitchen near the back porch wher the "futrue utility room would be. This outsied wall is concrete block and I'm wondering is it possible to tap into the plumbing from the kitchen sink to use for the washer? There is also an outside spicket on the wall where the kitchen sink is.
Answer Michelle,
Anything is possible, only time will tell if its' probable.
This type of addition requires careful planning and investigation.
You'll need to know the answers to these questions:
- How large is the nearest waste line?
- What is the location of that line?
- How can the new drain line be vented?
- Where can you get hot & cold water, or will you use a point of use
water heater for this application?
- What permit(s) will the local Administrative entity require?
- Is the main waste large enough to accommodate the laundry effluent?
- How should the new utility room comply with current construction
standards for your area?
- How much will this all cost?
I may be able to help give you a bit of guidance, however, not knowing your location and not having a set of approved blueprints to work from, it would be a terrible disservice to you to give you a definitive answer about this.
Please follow up with me once you can answer the above questions.
Regards,
Anthony
