About Anthony - The Plumber
Expertise
I can answer most questions in the field of plumbing home repair for the inside or outside property of a home including irrigation systems, septic systems, well water systems, recirculation systems and I can address these questions from a beginning plumbing standpoint or for someone who has more advanced skills.
Are you working on an addition or remodelling? Need some bathroom or kitchen
design ideas?
Run your questions by me since I enjoy that challenge of remodelling & new
construction projects.
Experience I have worked on a variety of major projects including Home Depot as an outsourced Project Manager tasked to repair the fire system at the Fullerton/Placentia store and distribution center in Orange County.
I believe in simplifying any task I am assigned in order to avoid wasting time and material, while I always look for the simplest solution possible to the issue and then I execute my plan.
Having lead many construction crews, large and small, I have been involved in residential and commercial repair and remodel projects including medical facilities, new home construction, high rises and apartment complexes.
Building maintenance work in condominium complexes from Playa del Rey to Beverly Hills to the Hollywood Hills are a speciality. I have completed many maintenance work projects at complexes great and small.

Question system made a large bang when i set it up(new tank with precharged system about 15 years ago).seems that system came on after we would flush the toilet once, maybe twice. this system is about 4 feet high, blue in color. I dont think it should kick on that soon. i bought a new electric preasure gage switch(30-50). Now the pump will run for ever . I did lower the switch on the preasure gage where it will now shut off after 5 minutes.could I have a bad tank or could my well pump be bad? I have a submersible well pump about 8 years old.
thank you david harden have 2 email address, the other is
Answer Dave,
Sounds to me like you may not have properly primed the system before
putting it in service.
Yes, I would check the pressure tank to make sure it is still operational.
If the pump is bad, the only way to know is let it remain in use until it stops
pumping completely.
Let me know what you discover.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Anthony
