Question all the sudden my hot water in shower lost pressure took the deveter apart to see if any thing was stuck and i couldnt see any thing also ran water with diverter out and nothing still lo hot water plz help
Answer Dear Mike,
You mentioned taking the diverter apart so I have a hunch your tub/shower is a Price Pfister with a third handle in the center for switching from tub to shower?
To help you figure this out, I need some more information. If your fixture is different from what I described above, please give me some details so I can narrow down what might be causing this. There could be a number of reasons. Regarding the Price Pfister style fixture [the old style often had that third handle diverter], the problem could be that the washer on the stem came loose and is stuck in the hole where the water comes through.
Write back and I'll do my best. Sharon
