Question Hi, we just put in a new cast iron kitchen sink and used silicon to seal it. However, there is quite a bit of silicone "overflow" around the area. I am in the process of trying to scrap it all off, but that is very tedious. Is there a product that will remove it from counters and also from the cast iron that will not harm either?

Yes, there are silicone removers, however, you must be cautious since
it can remove the seal you installed earlier.
Check your local home improvement store.
You can also carefully remove any excess with a one-sided razor.
