Question On top of my oil furnance their is a relief valve that is leaking, I replaced the valve and also lowered the temp. setting for the hot water to 160 high, 140 low. It relief valve stills leaks. Any ideas?

If you used a temperature and pressure relief valve, then chances are
the valve is doing its' job and the pressure is still too high.
