Plumbing in the Home/Plumbing Noises

Question
Hi - Recently I had some plumbing work done by a licensed plumbing company.  There was a crack in an elbow joint and appeared to be easily fixed.

Now I notice when you flush either of our 2 toilets you can hear a gurgling kinda of an echo sound.

Why would this happen?

Answer
Hi Teri, I would be happy to help you. I need some more info though. Where is the noise sound like it is coming from? Is is at the toilet or perhaps coming from the sink or tub drain? Does the sound happen during the flush or after the toilet has emptied and is in the refill stage?
On other thing, does the toilet bowl water level rise higher than it used to before going down?
I await your response.
