Plumbing in the Home - Water pressure when 2 or more outlets (faucets, toliets, dishwasher, etc) are running

Question
I have a home built in '78.  We just had our water line replaced from the city line to the front of the house after discovering a leak in the plastic piping.  A plumber did the work, replacing the original pipe with copper.
Now, whenever we have more than one water outlet on (inside the home or out), we have a severe decrease in water pressure at each of the outlets.  We've checked the spouts where possible to look for debris but have found none.
Any thoughts?  Our plumber is coming back tomorrow and has stated that he will be charging by the hour to find the problem even though we have a 1 year warranty on the work.  Yikes!

Thanks for your help!

Answer
Good morning Carolyn, You have lost water voluum in your house system. Shame on your plumber for refusing to honor a warranty.  Did you have this problem before he replaced the house supply?  If not, then his work caused the problem and he should be responsible . If you didn't have this problem then this is a separate internal problem and he worked on the external part of your system.  Hope this helps and thank you for rating my reply.  Tom
