Plumbing in the Home - adding an outdoor fixture...

Question
Interesting...I know a guy with the same name here in Washington State.
Anyways, I am building a deck in the backyard of my house and I would like to install a sink next to my Barbeque.  The sink would be directly under the 2nd story kitchen.  My plan is to T-off from the water lines under my kitchen sink and run those lines down to the outside sink below (about 8 feet).  My concerns are whether I will have enough water-pressure to do this and what to do for drainage.  Before building the deck I could put in a drain field of some sort.  The sink's purpose will be for food prep, hand washing, etc.
The pipes are copper, not sure of the diameter.  Water pressure I think is around 70psi (we had a pressure reducer installed recently).
Thanks!

Answer
Thanks for the question.  Wow - now I know there are 3 of us!  At any rate you have the right idea.  Tap into the water piping from the kitchen.  You will have enough pressure.  As for the waste piping you could make a french drain, but you should check with the local plumbing code to see if that is o.k.  You mak need to have a small sump pump installed and then pump the waste up to the kitchen sink waste
