Plumbing in the Home/water pressure upstairs

Question
I just bought a new house and am surprised at the lack of water pressure in the shower.  The shower is located on the second floor, and the hot water is significantly less pressure than the cold.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Your shower head has a water saver that cuts down on pressure and volumm.  To increase the stream unscrew thr shower head and find a small disc of neoprene with holes around the outside.  Pry this out and toss it.  To go into more detail I will have to know the brand and model # of shower valve you have.  One handle or two knobs. You may have to flush out your hot water supply line but remove the water saver first and see how much that helps. Hope this helps and thank you for rating my reply.  Tom
