Question i have an 85 plymouth voyager van. i am almost sure that when the used car lot put in a used motor for us for free the flunkies he had do it put in the wrong oil dip stick. the engine blew. is there anyway to find out, i have the number off this one. it is 4105446. please help if you can
Answer Is there any kind of warranty on this engine? Did anyone give you a reason why the engine blew? The first thing I would do is contact a reliable mechanic and ask that person to get the size dipstick that should be in the minivan. Another place to check is Chilton's which is available at most bookstores.
