Question
The transmission get bad ,I send to rebuild it , I drive the van several miles and ran good , my son drive to the college , when he try to star the van do not turn on ,know I can not pull out the key , nether turn the key , haw I can remove the key ?

Answer
Hey,

Call the shop that rebuilt and removed and replaced the transmission.  Explain to them what is happening.  The only thing that would be related to the transmission is if the gear shift linkage is not adjusted or came out of adjustment and the shifter is not going all the way into park.
