i broke my the metatarsal over two years ago and the only treatment had till last October was Fosamax . the bone would not heal. in Oct 2008 i had a bone graft off my iliac into my foot.
the bone has now healed but i am left with Bone Angulation of 15*.  and still a lot of pain like standing on the rungs of a ladder

Hi Geoff,

I would first try orthotic devices that are customized to support the foot better.  If you continue to have excess pain you may require another surgery to straighten the bone.
