Question My foot hurts me on the side of my foot on the left it feel like a bone around the area where you bend your foot it hurts after i touch it even more it is very painful especially when I am on my feet allday
Answer Hi Linda,
It sounds like you strained your foot but it is also possible that you may have a stress fracture or other condition. I am unable to tell via the internet so I would recommend that you see a podiatrist.
