Is it true that unlike the Legendary Dogs, the Legendary Birds have higher IVs then usual? (Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green.)

Hi Dave,

No, this isn't true. IV's all range from 0 until 31 and this counts for every Pokémon specie. I wrote an interesting article about IV's (=DV's) and how stats are calculated:

It is mainly the specie - factor that determines the difference in stats between the Legendary Dogs and the Legendary Birds.

Experience

About ten years ago I started playing Pocket Monsters on my first game, Pokémon Red. I became addicted to the game and bought its equivalent, Pokémon Blue and later on the special version, Pokémon Yellow. After that, I bought all the games of Pokémon that were released for the Game Boy platform by pre - ordering them in my local shop. I'm still checking the data of the Pokémon research today.
