AboutLG Expertise Hello, Dear Reader. My name is LG. I'm able to answer most of your questions about ALL POKEMON GAMES.
Since I became an Expert in this category (+- 5 years ago), I became fascinated by the internal structure of Pokémon and I started to check all game info and all game research data. As a Pokémon Trainer, I know a lot about all game walkthroughs, stats, attacks, strategies, breeding, evolution and much more.
If I don't know the answer, I'll look it up for you or I'll redirect you to one of my Fellow Experts. I hope to read you soon! :)
Experience About ten years ago I started playing Pocket Monsters with my first game, Pokémon Red. I became addicted to the game and bought its equivalent, Pokémon Blue and later on the special version, Pokémon Yellow. After that, I bought all the games of Pokémon that were released for the Game Boy platform by pre - ordering them in my local shop. I'm still checking the data of the Pokémon Research today, even data from the old First Generation.

Question Where is the best place/way to catch a pikachu holding a light ball?
And where is the best/easiest place to catch a suicune, raiku, and entie?
Thanks for all of the help so far!
Answer Hi Jon,
Like you probably already know, Pikachu can be found in the Safari Zone. But there is no way to catch a Pikachu holding a Light Ball. It is a matter of pure luck.
Let us calculate how much chance you have of encountering such a specific Pikachu :
You will have a 5% - chance of finding a Pikachu. Now, from all those Pikachu you can find, 5% will carry a Light Ball. So you will have a 0.25% - chance (2.5 / 1000) of encountering a Pikachu with a Light Ball attached to it.
Suicune, Raiku and Entei can only be found in Pokémon LeafGreen / FireRed.
