Question Before emigrating to the USA in 1907 at the age of 9, my father lived on a farm that his grandparents managed in the Carpathian Mountains near the town of Zhiranova (or Jaranova?); since he was born in Lvov and his mother came from Stanislav, it was probably not far from those cities.
Any help from you in locating that place would be most welcomed and appreciated.
