IF THE CYLINDERS HAVE BEEN WASHED WITH GAS NOT ENOUGH COMPRESSION TO START. SHOOT SMALL SHOT OF OIL IN EACH CYLINDER. THIS WORKS WITH HIGH MILEAGE CARS, THIS HAPPENS MOSTLY IN COLD WEATHER.
