Question
Hey I just got an 05 grand prx gtp and when I make a full turn there is a slite winning

Answer
power steering fluid is most likely low and has some air in it.  I am assuming you have a 3.8L V6, if so you will need to remove the coolant overflow container to access the pump it is on the right side bottom of the engine, follow the belt all the way down, once filled, turn in a few times 5-10 left and right then turn the motor off and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, that should allow the air to pass.  IF you have a 5.3L V8, the power steering cooler hose could be leaking
